2 Months!!

Tucker is officially 2 months old now!! Really...already?!? He is such a joy to have in our home and we are so thankful for this sweet little man that is ours:)

His two month highlights are:

*He is 12 lbs 3 oz (60%), 24 inches long(77%)
*Well, he teased us one night by sleeping from 12 to 5am. That never happened again:)
*He is still a champion nurser and is proving that by his cute little double chin:)
*He gave us his first smiles at about 6 weeks old! Oh, to melt a mother's heart!!
*He is starting to stay awake more during the day
*His big brother is able to entertain him for short stints by giving him kisses and high fives:)
*His eyes are still pretty blue and his hair is starting to take on a more auburn color
*He is our sweet little Tuck and we couldn't love him more!!

The Past Couple of Weeks...

We celebrated Mother's Day in style by having a delicious picnic
lunch and going on a walk in a park

Then we came home and worked in the backyard a little on this nice warm day! Wy got a little hot so even broke out the kiddy pool for the first time this season!

Jonathan was in a wedding in North Carolina...so he dropped us off in St Louis while he headed east...he took some time for a hike too:)

After lots of fun days in St Louis playing with his cousin, playing in a muddy pond, running around in the country looking for rocks to treasure, and just enjoying life...this little guy was tuckered out! He looks like he is praying...don't be fooled, he was fast asleep:)

Since being back home Daddy and Wyatt worked on building a sand box!

We also celebrated our 5 year anniversary on the 20th!!! I forgot to take too many pictures but here is our food and we also enjoyed the evening by playing bananagrams on the lakefront and ice cream at a local hot spot. So wonderful!!!

And since this little guy didn't seem to make it into any of the pictures...

A Full Heart

I am so excited for Mother's Day this year! Not so much that it is supposed to be a holiday to celebrate moms....more for the fact that because of these 3 precious people I AM A MOM!!! These 3 men in my life make my heart so full and happy. What greater joy than to say I belong to them:)
